En octubre estará en librerías mi nueva novela gráfica con guion de Garazi Albizua: "La apuesta de Cloto"/"Iruleak" en doble edición simultánea en castellano y esukera por las editoriales Cósmica y Txalaparta.
Es una historia que mezcla fantasía, gotas de historia y realidad: la vida de Mar, nuestra protagonista, va a cambiar mucho. Se ha convertido en el centro de atención de las tres hilanderas griegas, Cloto, Láquesis y Átropos. Las hermanas han hecho una apuesta: ver quién es capaz de influir más en la vida de esta humana. Y para ello utilizarán los espíritus de mujeres que en su día fueron importantes pero han caído en el olvido de la historia: Margarita de Navarra, Inés Joyes y Blake, y Margaret Fuller.
Las hilanderas de nuestro cómic son temibles, poderosas e independientes,
dueñas y creadoras del destino… pero también algo caprichosas y llevan una existencia bastante aburrida lejos de nuestro planeta que están deseando animar aún a costa de la vida de una insignificante humana como Mar.
Mitad cuervo, mitad diosas, son una parte fundamental de esta historia y la creación y diseño de personajes ha sido sin duda unas de las fases más divertidas a la hora de dibujar esta novela gráfica de más de 100 páginas.
